If you’re interested in Knox Makers™, we suggest you drop by for one of our weekly, open-to-the-general-public events. Every Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 9:30 PM, we open our doors to one and all.
On most Tuesdays, we host a show-and-share event during which members and guests can show off projects they’re working on, would like input on, or have completed.
For me it’s the sense of community, the feeling of belonging to something that gives me purpose and connects me to a diverse cross section of beautiful Knoxville residents that I’d likely never know outside of Knoxmakers. Members are quick to share their knowledge and expertise, will readily pitch in and lend a hand with whatever you’re doing, and supportive to a degree that I’ve rarely encountered before. Yes, our space is pretty awesome and what brings us together but it’s our members that make KM special to me.

On third Tuesdays of each month, join us for a cookout. Bring a dish to share or just bring an appetite — we supply burgers and dogs.
On some Tuesdays, after show-and-share, we host a talk or workshop. Sometimes we just hang out and work on projects together. We’re always glad to meet new folks, show them around, and introduce them to a few of our fantastic community members.
Our workshop is located at:
116 Childress St SW
Knoxville, TN 37920
(parking is around back in the fenced-in area)
