During COVID-19, we built a separate building on our property for blacksmithing. The woodshop is different, better, bigger, and not at all a blacksmith shop. Our shop houses several large workbenches, glue-up tables, a professional cabinet saw, miter station, 8” and 12” jointers, 15” planer, several lathes and bandsaws, a Tormek sharpening system, and a 5’x10’ Avid CNC router.
We strive to offer, nearly weekly, classes, demonstrations, or hang-outs, which cover the basics right on through to advanced joinery and turning techniques. Get that pinky up and come hang out with us as we collectively bask in the best workshop Knoxmakers has to offer.
